How Can pain In The Lower Back And Tailbone Be Treated?

I have pain in my lower back and coxic (tail bone) that rediates into and through my left hip and down my left leg making my entire quad numb and then continuing down the left side of my leg into my toes. Often my big toe goes into a cramp and/or spasm

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

Most probably the symptoms are due to conditions like coccalgia.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and get evaluated.
